Our one rule

One call. A price before we set off. The same price when we’re done.

No call-out surprises and no “parts extra” at the door. If the job turns out bigger than it looked on the phone, you hear about it before we start it, not after.

How a call works

Three steps, and you’re back in.

  1. Step 1

Call, or text us a photo

Tell us what’s locked and where you are. A photo of the lock helps us bring the right parts.

  2. Step 2

You get a price, we set off

You hear the price before anyone drives anywhere. Most of the time we’re there in about half an hour.

  3. Step 3

    You’re back in

We open it without damage wherever we can, and you pay what we said on the phone.

Questions

What people ask before they call.

How much does a lockout cost?

It depends on the lock and the time of day, so we give you the price on the phone before we set off. That’s the price you pay.

Can you rekey instead of replacing my locks?

Usually, yes. Rekeying keeps your locks and makes the old keys stop working, and it costs less than new locks.

Do you make car keys and fobs?

For most makes, yes, cut and programmed where the car is. Tell us the make, model and year when you call.

Is there a call-out fee?

The price we give you on the phone includes getting to you. Nothing is added at the door.
